I recently had the chance to spend four days at Cove Holiday Village, and I must say it's an interesting balance between luxury and practicality. The caravan park is well-maintained, featuring spacious sites with solid concrete slabs that help during the windy Pilbara summers. We stayed in a cabin with a private bathroom, complete with a little patio - a nice spot for morning coffee while gazing at the ocean view. While the hot water was lukewarm during our visit, the staff addressed our concerns promptly. Simmo, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond by refunding part of our stay after we had a plumbing issue. This reflects a commitment to guest satisfaction that is commendable, even if it hints at some operational flaws. The amenities are solid, too. With a children's play area and access to beach activities like hiking and fishing, families will find plenty to enjoy. Wi-Fi could definitely use an upgrade, and I wished for better laundry facilities, but overall, the Cove provides a budget-friendly option without compromising too much on the experience. It's worth considering if you're after a blend of comfort and cost-effectiveness.
